Important Information: Change in GP Notification

Dear Patients,

Doctor Blain will be leaving us at the beginning of June from her position as a salaried GP. I’m sure you will join us in wishing her the best for the future.

Doctor Colin Hitchcock will join us as a salaried GP at the end of May. He joins us as he relocates here from Cambridgeshire.  

He is an experienced GP who we are looking forward to having join the team here at Burnham Surgery. He is looking forward to meeting you all in due course.

You do not need to take any action – you will be transferred to Dr Hitchcock if you are currently registered with Dr Blain. 

If you have any concerns or queries do, please speak to us and we are happy to support with this change.
