NOTIFICATION OF THE RETIREMENT OF Dr GORROD
Dear Patients,
Dr Sarah Gorrod will be retiring from the practice and general practice in April 2025. Her last working day at The Burnhams Surgery being the 17th of April.
We are sure many of you will wish to join us in wishing her a happy and relaxed retirement, one that is well deserved with over 30 years’ service to the practice and the patients of The Burnhams Surgery.
The practice will be hosting an informal Farewell Gathering on the 7th April from 1-2.30pm. Patients wishing to pass on their regards and well wishes are encouraged to pop in and meet with Dr Gorrod.
A retirement book is available to sign and leave messages and good wishes. This can be found to the right of reception.
